Terms and Conditions for Tetra Lounge:

1. Membership Eligibility: All members of Tetra Lounge must be 21 years of age or older.

2. Cannabis Use: Tetra Lounge does not sell any cannabis products. Members are required to bring their own cannabis for personal use. Tetra Lounge is not responsible for the quality, effects, or consequences of the use of cannabis by its members. Members acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the use of cannabis on the premises.

3. Waiver of Liability: By becoming a member of Tetra Lounge, you agree to waive any liability on the part of Tetra Lounge for any injuries, damages, or negative effects resulting from the use of cannabis on the premises, as well as any on-property liability. Members assume full responsibility for their actions and well-being while on the premises.

4. Prohibited Substances: The use of alcohol or tobacco is strictly prohibited on the premises of Tetra Lounge. Any member found in violation of this rule will be subject to immediate removal from the premises and potential termination of membership.

5. Code of Conduct: All members of Tetra Lounge are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises and termination of membership.

6. Membership Termination: Tetra Lounge reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member who violates the terms and conditions outlined above or engages in any behavior deemed detrimental to the well-being of the lounge and its members.

By becoming a Tetra member, you acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Tetra lounge.
